Presented by Dr. Lee Meadows .... The front-line supervisor is recognized as the formal road into organizational leadership and its first point of entry. Supervision is, often, the reward provided to individuals who are ‘technically’ proficient and consistent in the delivery of a measurable outcome. The spirit and intent of the use of the role remains, but it is the focus of supervision that TLN participants will experience as part of the webinar. Supervisors are expected to achieve organizational outcomes through the efforts of their direct reports. In doing so, the development of a ‘skill’ set is important to being an effective supervisor as well as the awareness of a ‘mindset’ about working with others. TLN participants, who aspire to start their leadership path, will find this Supervisory skills webinar essential to shaping how effective they will be in this entry level leadership role.
